“ I’m glad this bakery that mainly locals go to has very good Portuguese egg tarts. I’ve had many egg tarts and I can def say this is top tier. Super fluffy, hot and sweet just like how it’s suppose to be. It’s made fresh and only limited amounts of these Portuguese egg tarts are made a day so definitely come early. I got 2 because I just knew that it was gonna be that good. And I’m glad the price is not fluctuated by clout or food reviewers that make the place popular. Again, top tier and a must try. PS: sorry couldn’t wait to eat so here’s a picture of it half gone ”
“ Come for the egg tarts. Customers were leaving with boxes, and they didn’t even make it to the display case because they were selling so fast. It's chaotic in there with staff weaving through the lines with boxes and trays of baked goods. I think this may have been the best egg tart I have had outside of Hong Kong/Macau. And very, very reasonably priced. I got a single egg tart and a pineapple bun for just over 3. ”
“ COME FOR THE EGG TARTS! I’ve grown up eating all kinds of egg tarts and these are by far one of the top contenders for best egg tarts. They have a nice light crust but with a dense thick soft custard-like egg filling. For whatever reason they taste a bit bland coming directly out of the oven as you burn your mouth trying to eat it fresh, but once it cools down a little you can taste all the flavours so much better. So be patient and let it cool. I came in the winter time (Feb) around 1pm and they just had a large batch coming out of the oven. I tried coming here in the summer prior and was told there was a 45 min wait just for egg tarts. It gets very busy here and people buy the egg tarts in BOXES! Dude in-front of me ordered 4 boxes as soon as they came out. I’m just glad they make huge batches at a time. ”
